History

Established in 2015.
R101 ramen started with a pure passion and love of ramens.
We started traveling all regions(sapporo to hakata) thru Japan's most popular ramen houses in 2014.
Settled down in Glendale, CA and opened our doors in May 2015.
All tares(sauces), pork chashu and broth are made from our own recipes. Also, Ramen noodles are made just for us with our own recipe.
All of our foods are focused on the authentic Japanese ingredients with a touch of modern Los Angeles life style.

    For the last year I have only ordered to go and R101 has been my favorite local Ramen joint. The food is always ready when I arrive and packaged nicely. Today I ate in the restaurant for the first time and it was even more delicious there. The prices are reasonable and the service is wonderful. It is my go-to Ramen in Glendale.

    This place was awesome! The service was quick and everyone was nice and helpful. The food was also very great, unlike nothing I've had before! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen (what I was told was a safe choice for my first time here) and I loved it! I'm from out of town but would definitely come again if I have the chance. 5 stars for sure!
